In a land far away, Jacob traveled on his way, To find a loving wife, in the heat of the day. At a well, he saw Rachel, beauty so divine, He promised to work seven years, hoping she’d be mine. Oh, Jacob’s heart was hopeful, love shining bright, Seven years flew quickly, his future felt so right. But Laban played a trick, in the dark of the night, Married to Leah, Jacob woke in fright. “Wait! This isn’t Rachel, oh, what have you done?”
